We are looking for a creative and passionate Game Designer to join our in-house team in the vibrant city of Columbus, OH.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer in the gaming industry or related field.
• Proven ability to design and implement game mechanics, systems, and features.
• Strong understanding of game design fundamentals, including pacing, progression, and balance.
• Experience creating detailed design documents, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Familiarity with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) and ability to collaborate with developers and artists.
• Ability to iterate on designs based on player feedback and playtesting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a Spanish and English-speaking environment.

Desired Requirements:

• Experience with level design and creating immersive, well-paced environments.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and how they impact player interaction.
• Familiarity with narrative design and experience crafting game stories.
• Experience with scripting languages or visual scripting for gameplay prototyping.
• Passion for gaming with a strong understanding of current game industry trends.
• Experience working with multiplayer systems and designing for competitive/cooperative play.
• A portfolio or examples of previous game design work, showing a range of projects and creative solutions.
